How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy:
1. Choose your watch
2. Fill in your details and send the form by clicking on the “Get price quote” button
3. Within moments you’ll receive a reply with the price and payment options.

After we receive payment, the watch will be send to you by courier or brought to you in person by one of our staff.

How and when will it be delivered?

We offer two kinds of shipping/delivery options. By courier (FedEx, DHL etc.) or in person by one of our staff.

Please discuss delivery options and preferred delivery moment with one of our customer service agents. A dedicated customer service agent will help you with your order and will make sure delivery will be at both our and your convienence.

Is it safe to order at United Chrono?

Absolutely – you are always completely safe when purchasing with United Chrono! We guarantee the sale of 100% authentic, unworn timepieces, and all of our items are delivered securely in their original packaging.
You will also receive an official warranty card which entitles you to the full, international manufacturer’s warranty. This will enable you to visit any worldwide authorised concessionaire, should you encounter a warranty issue within the warranty period.

How can I contact you?

Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist with any questions you may have about United Chrono, our products, registration, delivery information, or any other queries you may have. Just let us know!

We have a (live) chat on our website, you can find us in your lower right corner. When online we usually respond directly, at most within the hour. When away we respond as soon as we get back, always within 12 hours.

What payment options are available?

At this moment we support international bank transfer and crypto payments. For more information, please contact us.

Can I view your watches?

Since we are an online-only business, we do not have any retail spaces. Please note that we do not carry any stock at our offices, however we can arrange for your order to be shipped to an address of choice in Europe for collection. Payment must also be made prior to your item’s arrival. We are unfortunately unable to accept cash payment upon the collection of your item.

Are the watches real?

Yes they are 100% genuine. Every watch is delivered in the original box with the original papers. You will also receive an official warranty card which entitles you to the full, international manufacturer’s warranty. This will enable you to visit any worldwide authorised concessionaire, should you encounter a warranty issue within the warranty period.

Can I deduct the VAT i.e. get the VAT back?

In short, no. This is not possible. If you have questions about this, please contact us via the contact page.

Can I order a watch outside of the EU?

Yes, we have customers from all over the world. From North America to South America, Asia, Africa and Australia.

For delivery of items outside of the EU that feature a crocodile or alligator leather watch strap, please contact us for further information.

Why aren’t the prices mentioned on the United Chrono website?

The price of the watches we sell changes daily. Therefore a quotation is the best method at hand. We keep an eye on the market to get you the best and competitive prices. Contact us for more information about the way we work.
